Morton Optix has been involved in the Optometric Business since 1988. After learning of the millions and millions of ready made readers that were sold each year, the Messinger Family (Morton Optix) decided to play a role whereby the industry would not only prosper but would gain a foothold in this tremendous business. They went to Europe and to Asia to bring their designs and materials that they wished to use in the manufacturing that anyone in the optometric industry would be proud to carry.
In fact, their first ad read "Why send your patient to the local drug or discount house for the cheapie when you can supply your patient with a quality product for only pennies more".

Our Products
All of our merchandise is AR coated and come in 1/4 diopters ranging from +.50 to 4.00. We use the finest acrylic lenses and carbon graphite, stainless steel and monel to assure quality of workmanship and reliability.
